Designed and built in 2023 by Sarco Architects, this beachfront estate has 3 private acres and spans 33,000 square feet of seamless indoor and outdoor living space. There are 10 guest rooms featuring modern amenities such as plush queen- and king-sized beds and private balconies or terraces. The gorgeous infinity-edged pool sits in front of a peaceful shaded lounge, a large jacuzzi, and an entertaining area that also includes a full-service bar, all surrounded by perfectly manicured lawns. Dining at Villa Avellana is a true gourmet experience, and the talented chef team caters to guests’ every desire, creating a menu that emphasizes organic, locally sourced produce and dishes that reflect both traditional Costa Rican and global flavors, while the Madera bar serves up classic and inventive cocktails.
